Dr. Çakil Agnew

Dr Çakil Agnew’s research focuses on exploring safety in organizations and the impact of leadership on work performance in high-risk industries. She is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Heriot-Watt University Dubai and the Programme Director for the Independent Distance Learning MSc Business Psychology. After receiving her PhD, she worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in the University of Aberdeen’s Industrial Psychology Research Centre before joining Heriot-Watt University.
