IPCD 2025 Refund Policy

- Registration fees are inclusive of 5% VAT.
- Cancellation Policy:

  • Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to IPCD@hw.ac.uk. Please make sure to give us your transaction number, ticket number, email address, full name and telephone number.

  • All cancellations shall be approved by the Organizing Committee. In case of travel restrictions, health reasons and others, proof of such will be needed from the delegate at the time of cancellation.

  • The following timeframes apply:

    • For cancellations received before 22nd January 2025: 100% refund.

    • For cancellations received between 23rd January to 10th February 2025: 50% refund.

    • For cancellations received between 11th February to 20th February 2025: 25% refund.

    • For cancellations received from 21st February: 0% refund.

    • Any registrants who fail to attend IPCD 2025 without prior cancellation will forfeit the entire fee (i.e., 0% refund).

  • All refunds will be made minus 5% transaction fee (subject to change based on the processing bank) or any other transaction fee as charged by the processing bank.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

  • All cancellations shall be processed within 60 days of the cancellation notice.
